Hello,
I am integrating CUE 3.1 with CCM 6.1. The following link from one of the post has been very useful.
The following works fine:
- All ports are registered to CCM
- The CTI port is registered to CCM
- The CUE is up (sh ccn subsystem ccm-manager)
- When I dial the messaging waiting lamp number the light comes up and when I dial the MWI off number, the light goes off
When I dial the main voice mail number (CTI route point), I can see one of the CUE ports on the phone display but instead of getting the CUE voice message, I am getting busy tone.
Moreover everything is UP in CUE.
Please see attached configuration of the CUE.

Hi. It has been a long time though. Yes I managed to solve the problem. In fact I did not run the first step after logging onto the CUE. Please log in CUE web page and do an initilization which is the first step as recommended.
