I have been experiencing some extreme network latencies recently, so I installed wireshark onto one of my clients.
The first thing I noticed is that my 3725 voice gateway was flooding the network with SCCP UDP broadcasts to 239.2.2.2. I was curious if someone could explain this behavior to me, and if it was normal?
If not, how can I go about stopping these broadcasts?

maybe u have multicast MOH??
because SCCP is not UDP, it's port TCP 2000 and that ip address is for multicasting not for broadcasts

Thank you for your response! I personally haven't been able to find any references to the MOH, so I am going to have to open a TAC case on this one.
