Call Manager Upgrade

I was trying to upgrade to Win2000-4.5a and I got an error message saying CRC check fail, also C;\MCSOsUpg\files\Cpqdrv\acpiapic_mp.cmd . Also Error executing MCSOsUpg.exe Not sure what to do please advise.

from which version are you upgrading?

have you tried downloading the file one more time?

I was upgrading from win-os-Upgrade k9.2000-2-7.exe
