Changing IPCC default prompt

I have IPCC 4.0(5)

In IPCC get digit string step ;if time out without entering any digits system plays default prompt"are you still there".

How I can change it?

How I can increase the time out seconds?

Any Idea?

You can play a custom wave file if you edit the Play Prompt step under the Timeout Branch, of the Get Digit String Step.

See page 171, of the below doc has a screenshot. Replace still_there.wav with your wave file.

Initial Timeout (in sec) property of the node sets the timeout for initial input.

See page 169 of the same doc.

Those system prompts can be found under the IPCC installation folder. So if i remember:

c:/program files/wfavid/prompts/system/
