I have a CM 4.2 and it's connected to a gigabit port only with 100mbps
CM 4.2 Driver is:
HP NC324i Integrated Dual Port PCI Express Gigabit Server Adapter
I found an updated driver in HP site:

Is is correct to upgrade from HP site or should I find it in Cisco site ?

The upgrade is available in CallManager OS. You can download it and apply.
