7941's not booting after factory reset, just cycling

I've reset a 7941 because it was stuck at 'registering' (using #123456789*0#)

Its now cycling through and not booting up. The two lines buttons light up one after another, then it just resets and does the same thing again; it never tries to boot.

This has happened to 2 handsets.

(Incidentally im trying to connect them to my 2801 CCME, they used to be connected to my old UC520)

The 7941 that came with the system works fine.

If you factory reset the phone, it will look for the term41.default.loads file, so you need to ensure you put that file in your TFTP path. Also it is not possible to load a release signed image to a dev signed phone, or vice versa. There is no way to be able to factory reset Rel and Dev phones on the same cluster without manually swapping out these term default files.
