Hi,
We have a problem where calls from our CME IOS IVR fail when they go to a DN which has CFB/CFNA set.
For example:
Caller dials the IOS IVR number 5257 (internally or from PSTN it makes no difference)
Selects option 1 from top menu and then option 1 again from the next menu
Call is transferred to DN7275
7275 is busy and has CFB set to forward to 7270 - at this point the call black holes
If 7275 weren't busy then the call can be answered normally
Also if you dial 7275 from directly and its busy CFB to 7270 works fine
The IVR script was configured using Stonevoice (not sure if that makes a difference) and we are using IOS 12.4(1a) SPServices.
Any advice/help on this issue would be appreciated.
Thanks
Richard

TCL/IVR scripts need special support for transfers. If that is not coded properly, will fail. Ask Stonevoice if their script support transfers, or looking at it, I would be able to tell you if it does. Also, try transferring a call that you've received via script.

// IVR cannot transfer calls
Question
The calls coming from the IVR can't be transferred to another ephone-dn.
Answer
That is a Cisco bug (ID - CSCse68221-), Cisco has communicated us the bug has been fixed in the
12.4(11)T1 release.
