Hi,
I want to generate a report from the CDR database. But I've found that the called number column (originalCalledPartyNumber and finalCalledPartyNumber) that is being registered in the database consists of only the last 4 digits of the actual called number. Is this a bug or a configuration issue?
I'm running on CCM 4.1(3)sr4d
Also, I'm running a publisher and a subscriber and only the publisher has the CDR Insert service activated, I'm wondering if this has to be set on both servers or this is correct. If both servers need to have it enabled, do each server generates their own CDR table or is it centralized in the publisher or subscriber?
Thanks,
Juan Karlo

what are you dialing?
if you have 4 digit dialing that is expected
the CDR is only for the PUB since the CDR DB is only on that server

I'm dialing four digit number for internal extensions and prefix and ten digit numbers for local calls and more than ten digit numbers for long distance calls.
I wonder if it's got to do with config in Partitions and Calling Search Spaces.
In any case, only the last 4 digits of a dialed number is registered.
