Got this question from a client. She is describing her existing Nortel system at first...
"When the manager has her phone forwarded to the assistant's, and when the assistant receives a forwarded call, the call display is something to the effect "forwarded from....". It's only when the assistant picks up the call that the phone # of the caller is displayed. On the Cisco phones, is it the call display of this forwarded caller that will display or will it be the same as it is today?"
I believe this can be configured either way in Call Manager but can't recall where? Hoping someone might know?
