I want to buy some device to use Cisco SDM and telnet when I am outside of my office. I need your opinion what gadjet best suits my needs. IPHONE? Nokia E95?

You can't telnet Cisco SDM through the mobile. To access the SDM remotely you must have the connection to SDM like VPN.
