HI,

I have a PRI line whcih is newly configured, but the controller is going up and down. Is it because of the configuration issue or the hardware failure. The clock is set as external.

I have done the configuration, but the controller E1 is going up and down. Its not stable.

The controller came up after I changed the framing and CRC commands and its stable.
