Cisco 7945 Phone and BAT

I have a problem to add cisco 7945 IP Phones to our Call Manager 4.1(3) trough BAT.

I can chose the 7945 Template but once I click "Insert" to go further, I got an error without any Error Number, so I don't have an idea neither the possibility to to search a solution with the error number.

I hope, somebody of you can help me.

You can upgrade the BAT. To upgrade the BAT you need to upgrade the CallManager. You can upgrade the CallManager to a latest service release in order to update the BAT.
