Hi,

Sorry for my half information.

It is a P2P link.Interface status is showing with out any errors and reliability is also showing as 255/255 at both the ends.

I am not sure what to say on this one but if there are no crc, input output drops on both of the interface than its tuff to blame the line or the telco for this.

Is there a singe telco or Locl lec also involved in this circiut or is this a privite circuit ?

This sound like delay jetters.

If this is a frame circuits, check out the fecn & becn , you maybe over your CIR. Also check out the CPU% on the router.

If you have a sniffer,run a cpture.
