In my customer network I have WIC-1ENET card terminated on routers on which L3 VPN links are terminated as primary. Problem is when this primary link goes down the fastethernet interface remains up and backup won't work.
Please suggest what is the command to for this issue.
You need to configure "IP SLA" - search cco, to modify you routing based on track status.
Since that is a bit more advanced configuration suggest you contract a qualified cisco partner or consultant to do that.
