Configuring WCCP on 6513

I hope this is the correct forum I am in the process of configuring my 6513 for WCCP. I have URL filter that will point to my switch for web cache, i do not understand the in and out command also the interface to configure shold be on the same VLAN as the URL filter correct. Please help!!!

You can move that service group to the server-facing interfaces as inbound redirection. By only using inbound redirection.
