Cannot choose option on Auto-attendant

I have implemented the IP Phone on CUCM 5.0. When I call any call centre that implement auto-attendant/IVR/operator that instruct me to choose menu


For english , press 1

For french, press 2

When I choose 1 or 2 or else on the keypad, why the option is not entered? Is it DTMF problem?

I have this problem too.

Coud you provide the details of the sript. Are you using a custom script. If youa re facing some issues with the custom script you can contact the developer support at

Check that both on CCM and the device you have configured a compatible DTMF relay method.

Look, if you're using a SIP trunk ot ITSP, often none works and you have to send tones in-band.

Sorry I'm not expert at configuring the CCM, so hopefully somebody else can help you.
