I have implemented the IP Phone on CUCM 5.0. When I call any call centre that implement auto-attendant/IVR/operator that instruct me to choose menu
For english , press 1
For french, press 2
When I choose 1 or 2 or else on the keypad, why the option is not entered? Is it DTMF problem?
