I have implemented the IP Phone on CUCM 5.0. When I call any call centre that implement auto-attendant/IVR/operator that instruct me to choose menu
e.g
For english , press 1
For french, press 2
When I choose 1 or 2 or else on the keypad, why the option is not entered? Is it DTMF problem?

Coud you provide the details of the sript. Are you using a custom script. If youa re facing some issues with the custom script you can contact the developer support at cisco.com

Check that both on CCM and the device you have configured a compatible DTMF relay method.

What dtmf you recommended? BTW, how to set any dtmf at CCM?

Look, if you're using a SIP trunk ot ITSP, often none works and you have to send tones in-band.
Sorry I'm not expert at configuring the CCM, so hopefully somebody else can help you.
