I have a scenario where we have 2 dsl (pppoe)lines from the same ISP and a leased line to the Internet. All 3 lines will be terminated on the same router.
A switch with vlans will sit on the LAN side of the router and an ASA 5510 cluster will be connected to the switch so it can communicate with the router.
I want to use policy based routing so that email will flow in and out over the leased line and all other traffic will go out over the 2 dsl lines for load-balancing.
There is enough public ip addresses for the inside and outside of the router and for the firewall interfaces.
I am unsure as to how I would configure the load-balancing end and how I would configure the LAN side of the router so the firewall can talk to it.
The firewall can only have 1 default gateway.
Should I configure virtual interfaces on the router's lan side, and on the firewall, so the firewall can talk to the different public IP ranges??
