When a number from the outbound campaign is presented to the agent the Accept, Reject, Reject Close, Skip, Skip Close buttons are available to the agent. After accepting the call those buttons are no longer available. I want to make those buttons available so when the network says that a certain number is no longer in service I could select the Skip Close button. By selecting the Skip Close button the outbound campaign should close that contact and never present it to another agent (this is what I aim for).
Can anyone give me another method to close those contacts, never to be offered again to other agents?
Does anyone know how "Maximum Attempts to Dial Contact" field works?
