Outbound Dialer toolbar buttons

When a number from the outbound campaign is presented to the agent the Accept, Reject, Reject Close, Skip, Skip Close buttons are available to the agent. After accepting the call those buttons are no longer available. I want to make those buttons available so when the network says that a certain number is no longer in service I could select the Skip Close button. By selecting the Skip Close button the outbound campaign should close that contact and never present it to another agent (this is what I aim for).

Can anyone give me another method to close those contacts, never to be offered again to other agents?

Does anyone know how "Maximum Attempts to Dial Contact" field works?

I have this problem too.

You should be able to use the Call Result button to mark the number as Invalid.

As for the Maximum Attempts to Dial Contact: This is how many outbound calls the dialer will make to the number (you can specify up to three) if the the first attempt fails.
