You need to enable SoftwareManagement debugging under RME > Admin > System Preferences > Loglevel Settings, then run a new job for one failing device. Then post the job directory.

Hi Joe,

Here you can find job folder.

I didn't find bug on ios which could explain this issue.

Thanks,

Elisabeth

The device appears not to like the server address of 10.104.140.204. If this the correct address for the RME server? Should the device be able to initiate a TFTP session to this address?

Hi,

This is the good IP address, I think that tftp session can be initiate to this IP.

Elisabeth

You might want to try this manually to make sure. Create a file on the LMS server under NMSROOT\tftpboot. Then connect to the device, and try to copy the config to that same address using the filename you created under tftpboot. Does it work?

Hi,

Manually it works:

CACB0226#copy flash:D1246T.SPS tftp

Address or name of remote host []? 10.104.140.204

Destination filename [D1246T.SPS]? test.bin

Many thanks for help,

It looks like these drops are tripping up the SNMP code. Can you try using another protocol like RCP or SCP? Either that, or fix up the network so as not to generate so many lost packets.
