When our CallManager 6.0 system is restarted, the phones register but display the incorrect time (i.e. they display Eastern Standard Time without the adjustment for Daylight Savings Time.
The time appears correct on the CallManager systems. I've read that these phones (IP 7941) may also get time information from the SRST.
Where else should I look?
Thanks.

Hi Michael,
I would look at the IP Phone firmware for the 7941's. You need a minimum of 8.2.2sr2 for the 3rd generation phones with DST. I think the latest and greatest is 8.3.5
Hope this helps!

Thanks, Rob.
At present I have firmware rev 8.3.1 on my 7941s, so that does not appear to be the issue. From what I am reading, the IP-phones obtain time information from two locations: the CM for "timezone" offset and the SRST for UTC.
My CM Date/Time group shows "Eastern Std/Daylight GMT-5" which is correct. I have NTP enabled.
I will continue to search, but if you (or anyone) has additional tips, it will be much appreciated.

I am also having the same problem. I noticed on the 6.0 CM that the options for Easter Standard time, both with and without daylight savings both show GMT -5. Currently with daylight savings, Eastern timezone should be -4. The 6.0 CM is bugged!
Does anyone know if there is a fix?
