Symptom Incoming and outgoing calls fail due to high CPU Usage.
Conditions CPU Usage is at 99-100% and CCSIP_UDP_SOCKET is using 88+%.
Workaround There is no workaround.
What can i do to solve the problem?

What you are quoting sounds like there is a problem in the version of code that you are running. Perhaps it is time to think about an upgrade of the code that you are running (or perhaps a down grade, depending on what you are running).

I see in the software download center that there is a slightly newer version of the code - 12.4(15)T5. Or if you want to go down a bit you might try 12.4(9)T7. Do you need the T train code for some feature or some hardware? If not then you might try 12.4(19) in main line code.
