High memory used

Hi , I have a ccm 5.1, before I restart it I can not open the website yesterday, and I find there is only 24M free memory left with 2G memory, but now I find it always has high memory used ,below is the infomation, who can tell me why ?it is ok ?

CCM is allowed up to 3GB and may use much of it in a high call, high device/line configuration. Nothing else on the server should be using large amounts of memory. Follow the URL for the configuration for the CCM :

Check with the TAC which patches (ES) applies to you system and apply them. Likely problem will go away.

thanks for your reply , I had asked our vendor but they know nothing about the less memorys.
