PIX not recognized by CW

we are using cw LMS2.6 with

CM:4.0.6

CS:3.0.5

DFM:2.0.6

RME:4.0.5

we have some firewalls PIX525 in our LAN.

CW can see them by SNMP (state reachable) but it can't recognize their model (it says ciscoproduct.392)

i think (but i am not sure) this is because it is not supported in current version.

is there a way to add it induvidually to the database of recognized devices?

I assume you're seeing this in Campus Manager. If so, this is expected as Campus Manager does not support the PIX, ASA, or FWSM devices since they do not support CDP.

yes, my problem is in campus manager.

i can't get the full diagram of my network devices because the PIX is not recognized.

so do you mean there is no way to resolve this issue?

Correct. There is no PIX support nor is support planned.
