CDR :- cdr is not updating the some extension call records

Hi,

ccm 4.1.3

network desging publisher and subscriber

all phones are registerd with subscriber

i am trying to pull the cdr information form the cdr database, but i successfully pull the cdr information from the cdr, after that i found out some extensions call details is not recording correctly, last three months some phone call details is only one or 3 like that problem i am getting if some extension no problem. i getting all details correctly, this problem i am facing

Verify that "Cisco CDR Insert" and "Cisco CDR Analysis and Reporting Scheduler" services are running only in the Publisher

Call Manager

CCM Service Parameters:

CdrEnabled = True

CdrLogCallsWithZeroDurationFlag = True

Call Diagnostics Enabled = True

DBL Service Parameter:

Max CDR Records = 1500000

Enterprise Parameters:

===================

Local CDR Path = C:\Program Files\Cisco\CallDetail

CDR UNC Path = \\\CDR

CDR Format = CDRs will be inserted into database

CDR File Time Interval (min) = 1

Please restart the following services (after hours):

1) Restart service "Cisco database Layer Monitor" on publisher and subscriber servers.

2) Restart service "Cisco CDR Insert" on the publisher server.

3) Restart service "Cisco CDR Analysis and Reporting Scheduler" on the publisher server.
