Our Ciscoworks server has the following patch levels

User tracker has been working quite well for us on the patch levels described above. However we recently completed a distribution gateway move. That is, we moved the layer 3 SVIs for an entire switch block from one switch to a pair of 6513's / Sup720 with HSRP.
The change simply consisted of shutting down the SVIs on the current switch and then enabling the SVIs on the pair of 6513's (same IP addressing).
Since this change user tracker is no longer able to "fill in" the ip address field for a user located on one of these Vlans.
I have cleared the user tracker database, but still the problem remains. All username and mac address information is being discovered correctly, but the ip address / dns name is blank.
Can anyone help ?
