ARC Consolve/server QoS requirements over WAN

Hi all,

Anyone got any design docs or QoS recommendations for when placing ARC server and Console over the WAN? I believe this won't funtion using G.729 but only G.711.

I havent got it to hand, but contact the Arc TSC and request the "Arc Design Guide" - there is a section in there about codecs. You're right, G729 and the CTI Ports controlled by Arc do not mix, so you would need a transcoder
