At this forum I've read an article "Remote Access VPN clients on LAN IP range" and tried what they suggest but with out success.
I have the same request from customer they want that VPN client have IP address from LAN IP range. There are exception that all host on LAN have different default gateway that a router where we terminate Cisco VPN clients. Is this configuration possible? Have any idea or config example.
I've configured Easy VPN Server and put ippool form LAN range and it works correctly. But when I connect to Network I cannot ping or access to any host on LAN.

MUSTAFA,
The only way I can think of this working - is to create a small ip subnet group of the LAN, then create a static route for that subnet in the core routing device to point to the VPn device where the clients terminate?
HTH.
