Hello sir,
We are using Ciscoworks lms 3.0 in our network .
Frequently, we are getting the following error through mail from DFM .

CUSTOMER IDENTIFICATION =
The polling and threshold setting are default in DFM manager.
Where we can find the parameters for this error.
What changes we have to make in order to avoid this problem.

Go to DFM - Configuration - Polling and Thresholds- Managing Thresholds
Select your DFM - System Defined Groups and your specific interface category
Then modify the queue drop threshold

Thanks a lot for your clarification. As u mentioned in your reply, i have done the same procedure and changed the queue drop threshold to 4% by default it is 1% still I am getting the same error message.
Note: we are getting these errors at peak hours when the users are not connected in network.
Please give an alternate solution to solve this problem.
