I have setup qsig between CUCM 6.1 and Nortel CS1000 software rev 4.5.
Everything including caller-id, vm, transferring etc is working great, but I am struggling with MWI.
The voicemail system is Nortel CallPilot.
I am not personally configuring the Nortel side, nor do I have access.
Currently, when a call is made to a Cisco phone, and goes to voicemail, Nortel CallPilot actually rings the phone rather than turning on the light.
TAC is telling me that the facility message coming in the call from Nortel CallPilot to the phone does not have anything regarding MWI in it, and looks like a regular call.
