Hi!

Is there a parameter to configure the time the phone considers the call to be finished after the other party hangs up?

look at Callmanager service parameter timers,

T305, 306, 308, 309 timers.

T305 Timer: This parameter specifies an ISDN Layer 3 timer for User (Disconnect Request) DISCONNECT sent, Network (Disconnect Indication) DISCONNECT without progress indicator sent. For exact timer definitions, refer to the Q.931 specification.

This is a required field.

Default: 30000

Minimum: 6000

Maximum: 150000

Unit: msec

T306 Timer: This parameter specifies an ISDN Layer 3 timer for Network (Disconnect Indication) DISCONNECT with progress indicator sent. For exact timer definitions, refer to the Q.931 specification.

This is a required field.

Default: 30000

Minimum: 6000

Maximum: 150000

Unit: msec

T308 Timer: This parameter specifies an ISDN Layer 3 timer for User (Release Request) RELEASE sent, Network (Release Request) RELEASE sent. For exact timer definitions, refer to the Q.931 specification.

This is a required field.

Default: 4000

Minimum: 800

Maximum: 20000

Unit: msec

T309 Timer: This parameter specifies an ISDN Layer 3 timer for User/Network (Any stable State) Datalink lost. For exact timer definitions, refer to the Q.931 specification.

This is a required field.

Default: 90000

Minimum: 18000

Maximum: 450000
