I use cisco 2821 as a voice gateway in the company.
There are some problems with calls to outside.
At some numbers after dialing I hear immediately short blasts.
I can not understand why
In attachment you can find configuration of my voice gateway and debugs

the DISCONNECT is coming from the PSTN, have you talked to your telco?
for the 1st call the reason is:
Cause i = 0x8293 - User alerting, no answer
The destination responds to the connection request but fails to complete the connection within the prescribed time. The problem is at the remote end of the connection.
on the 2nd one the telco is sending you a CONGESTION message

So - for first call tomorrow i want to talk with my telco, but what reason for second call?
If I call the second telephone number with ip phone, then go short blasts, but if I make a call from a cellular phone, the connection is established.
what it means "telco is sending you a CONGESTION message"
please details - how to fix?

Hi,
maybe the telco is disconnecting because of calling nr.:
=> Calling Party Number i = 0x0081, '1905'
I don't know but maybe you have to change calling nr. to a FQ nr. (translation-profile on the dial-peer).
Greets,
Norbert
