I wanna make the following script in IPCC Express but I don't wanna if it is possible or the best way to do that....
Here my idea:
The IPCC answers the customer and brings him to a menu. One option in menu is call an agent.If the customer select the option to call the agent, of course the call is forward to the next avaliable agent.
After the agent has answered the call, is there a way to the agent redirect the same call to the previous menu ???
I think not, cause the script is over, but I wanna share my doubt...
