Hi, I have a callmanager 3.3.5(sr2c) and I recently buy new 7911 Ip Phone. I have several model in my company, like 7910, 7940,7960,7912G and now 7911G. All the model except the new one is in my french local by default. But the 7911 is in english locale, I cannot change it, I have just 1 rings too. So why all the other are well configured but not the 7911. The firmware version of the 7911G is SCCP11.8-3-4SR1S
Can I configure the 7911 in french locale with my version of call manager?
Thanks

Language localization support varies by Cisco CallManager version: Cisco CallManager 3.3(5) supports the following languages: Danish, Dutch, French, Finnish, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Swedish. You can refer the bug CSCse73795.

I read the info in the link you put and I also read the info for the bug CSCse73795. But this bug refer to CCM 4.1. I have CCM 3.3(5). I also installed the locale installe 3.3.5(sr2) but in the readme the model 7911 isn't listed.
I have 2 CCM, 1 publisher and 1 suscriber. I haved only installed the locale installer french on the publisher. My phone register with the publisher so in my mind I don't need now to install the french local on the suscriber. Can be this issue for this bug?
On the configuration page for the phone I've set the french_france for user locale and france for network local but the phone didn't take the french locale. When I reset the phone, I can see error updating user locale. But I don't know why. The only tftp available also is the publisher server.

I have found the solution. I installed on my both server, the publisher and suscriber the french local 3.3(5)sr3 and it's work.
