Attendant Console phone with multiple lines

I must be doing something wrong for this not to work.

I have 1 receptionist with 2 lines. If line 1 is busy the next inbound call should route to the second line correct?

Both have been added to the hunt group as direct call to acuser1 line 1 or line 2.

After that is will go to a hunt pilot and attempt to ring 2 other users through a broadcast ring.

The second line never rings.

What am I doing wrong?

forward settings are bypassed when calls are routed thru a hunt pilot or pilot point, that would break the whole logic of having someone create the settings and configure a certain order on which phones need to ring if they are going to end up following the forward settings
