EM query

Hi,

We have implemented Extension mobility and client requires following features,

- While logging out from EM, it should not display username.

- Force system to logout IDLE connections after 3 hrs.

We would like know how to implement these features.

change the service parameter:

Enforce Maximum Login Time

to make them logout after 3 hours, there is no parameter to have this happen after IDLE time. after 3 hours the phone will logout

i don't believe there is a way to modify the messages displayed on the phone during login or logout process

other than that i could only think of having a dev support contract and check with them if they can change the service scripts

Thanks for your prompt reply. We are already aware of "Enforce Maximum Login Time" parameter but we were also wondering abt IDLE connection timeout. Can u verify the same and revert back.

what do you consider as idle??

not making calls?

not pressing any button?

not taking the phone off-hook?
