CDR:- HTTP status 500-internal server error

i am facing one of the problem in the ccm. If i try to login to the cdr reporting tool, i getting this error. if sombody faced this same error, so i can work out this one.



I have this problem too.

Are you currently running any Service releases or engineering specials for the Version of callmanager you are currently running? Was this a fresh install of 4.1.(3) or was an upgrade, if upgrade what version did you upgrade from?

Has this ever worked or is this a new install of CDR? Have you tried to reinstall CDR?

I installed lattest version of SR, i reinstaled cdr also, then also same error is showing, can you please help me on solve this issue
