EM - logout profile

Hi,

we using CCM-4.3 & phone model is 7906 and we enabled EM if i select the logout profile as "use current settings" it throwing below error,

Method call failed.(4)

Details:

Error No.- 2147219964(0x80040604):

CDBLException Dump: [Method call failed]

update phone failed with error -2147219964 ... Please try the bug CSCef64407. The CPU load is pretty low.

Delete the device profile and ADP profile and add it back again. Then try enabled EM..
