Hi,

I can see in the RME no syslog alerts but the syslog is working fine and I can see it from the device centre and syslog analyser.

Are you talking about automated actions in RME? If so, what type of aa did you configure? Do you see the messages in the standard reports?

Sorry, I did clarify enough.

So, it is on the Portal in the RME page, there is a portlet that displays Syslog Messages.

However, the portlet does not display any messages.
