I have a Call Manager version 126.96.36.1990-3 in my office and I would like to know the best way to use TAPI in order to retrieve the status info of the Call Manager's extensions.
The problem is that I don't really know where to start and also the best solution for me.
I don't want to rewrite my CallCenter or Unified Messaging applications in another language like java if it is possible, but simply give them the status info, for example writing it into a Database. My applications are written in .Net.
So in conclusion what are the instruments that Cisco give me to have this info?
