Shivlu,
It is not currently possible to carry IPv4 information in OSPFv3. There is some work being done in the IETF for OSPFv3 to carry multiple address families, which would allow propagation of IPv4 routing information.
Please refer to the following document for more information:
http://www3.tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-ospf-af-alt-06

Shivlu,
You currently need to use two different processes if you want to propagate both ipv4 and ipv6 routing information. One is RFC2328 compliant (ospfv2) and the other is RFC2740 compliant.
RFC2328: OSPF Version 2
http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2328.txt?number=2328
RFC2740: OSPF for IPv6:
http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2740.txt?number=2740
Here's a show proc from a router running both ospfv2 and ospfv3.
r1#sh proc | incl OSPF
3 ME D52038 0 15 0 6912/9000 0 OSPF-1 Hello
126 ME 1331F4C 44 338 130 6388/9000 0 OSPFv3-1 Router
133 ME D50CF4 156 339 460 6160/9000 0 OSPF-1 Router
136 ME 1332ED8 4 12 333 7236/9000 0 OSPFv3-1 Hello
As I stated in my previous post, there is some work being done on ospfv3 to support different address families, including ipv4.
