When our Help Desk call people back on issues, the called party sees the agents extension. The Manager would like for the called party to see the main Help Desk number and not the individual agents extension.
Is there a way to display another number when a person calls another extension?

You can use a translation pattern associated with a specific calling search space and partition to accomplish this.
For example:
1) create a partition called MaskHelpdesk
2) create a new CSS called MaskHelpdesk
3) assign partition MaskHelpdesk (and any other required)
4) create a translation pattern of ! (exclamation point)
5) assign translation pattern to partition MaskHelpdesk
6) assign translation pattern 'calling party transform mask' the number of your main helpdesk line
7) assign your helpdesk phones, at the device level, to the CSS MaskHelpdesk
8) reset phone and test
