Fellows,

I was wondering if you know a workaround for this issue.

While runing the DMA on the publisher, the file is greater than 2GB, hence the backup for the DMA fails, do you know how we can get it go work if the size of the file es 2.4 G

we cannot get rid of the CDR records due to the upgrade we use them every single day

thank you

provide the details of :

Customer also did not find the following DMA log files for analysis

1. DMA backup log >> C:\program files\common files\cisco\logs\dma\BACKUP\Backup*.log

2. Data validation log >> C:\CiscoWebs\DMA\Bin\datavalidation.log

3. Database export operation log file >> C:\ciscowebs\dma\bin\exportdb.log

4. DMA operation trace file >> C:\Program Files\Cisco\Trace\DMA\Trace*.log

also as a workaround uninstall DMA , reinstall DMA and rerun DMA backup
