I am trying to get into the greeting management system. I defined 298 under call handling and associated it with promptmgmt application. However when I call 298 from a phone I get a busy tone. It seems like I am missing something, but what? We are using 200 for AA and 299 for pilot number.
Thanks,
Diego

Check your dial peers...You should have a dial peer similar to the following
dial-peer voice 298 voip
description GMS dial-peer
destination-pattern 298
session target ipv4:x.x.x.x [ip of cue module]
session protocol sipv2
dtmf-relay sip-notify
Hope that helped

Nice, that helped a lot!! Now that I am looking at the dial-peers I see that the AA and pilot dial peers have some additional commands. They are:
b2bua
codec g711ulaw
no vad
What is b2bua? Are these needed for the GMS?
Thanks,
Diego

Im not too sure about b2bua, but I forgot the codec g711ulaw, you would most definitely need that, as CUE talks only in g711ulaw.

Yes, I had to add the codec. Thank you for your help.
