Aironet1250 diversity antenna? ***Disregard***

Is it possible to use 2 antennas (say the ant2485p-r) while just in the a/b/g mode, and not in the n mode?

I see there is the and2465p-r, but I plan to cover a broader area (omni is out) than 75Â°.

On the 1250 have the opportunity to use diversity antennae. when using diversity antenna's the AP only uses a single antenna at any one time and switches to the other antenna only when signal is lost/impaired to the particular client.

In reality it is not major obstacles that are the issue, but multipath reflections that cause a degradation of signal to a particular client. These degradations can be transient.
