Hi,
Pretty new to cisco works.
Tried Common Services-->Software Center-->Device Update.
Was expecting to see a lits of devices...
Another question, Do I download the IOS through ciscoworks or just go to cisco.com and save to a specific folder?
Cheers,

IOS upgrades are handled using Resource Manager Essentials. Common Services Software Center is for updating the various CiscoWorks modules and device support packages.
To upgrade a device's software image, go to RME > Software Management. The general workflow is to add an image to your software repository, then deploy that image to one or more devices. RME Software Management can also download images directly from Cisco.com.
Consult the RME online help for more details on using Software Management.
