Configure the Cisco IOS Software global configuration command, voice call convert-discpi-to-prog.

Hi there

I have the same issue and the cimmand you suggest does not solve the problem.

Thanks

Victor

Hi Victor,

I have the same issue. Even with this commad, the call is still ringing and I don't receive the announcement from the operator in case of wrong number.

Did you solve this issue?

Thank you.

Yorick

Hi

Try the command "voice call convert-discpi-to-prog" in global configuration as stated by an earlier reply. At first I was not putting the command right but now it is ok.

Victor

Hi Victor,

I tried this command but I cannot see any difference with or without it.

Which IOS version do you use? I tried with 12.4(9)T7 and 12.4(15)T8.

Thank you.

Hi

My IOS was 12.4(15)T7

Victor

Victor,

Can you send me your running-config?

It's strange, I am using 12.4(15)T8 which is only a Maintenance release, so it should work.

What is your CUCM version? I am using the new 6.1.3.

Thank you very much.

Yorick

try adding this command:

voice rtp send-recv
