2950 cut-through switching

Is the 2950 Switch a cut-through switch?

Can I enable fast-swithing, fragment-free sau adaptive cut-through?

I've searched its Software Configuration Guide but no reference to switching methods.

Thank you

I have this problem too.

All cisco switches are store and forward at this point and is not configurable. The only ones I even remember being cut thru was the old 1900 series switces which are long out of sale.

You are absolutely correct, up until the Nexus 5000 series are released. We re-visit cut-through switching to get some very low latency between L2 ports. This should aid in with high-rate transactional traffic. Over the course of a long period of time, these savings really add up.
