Hi,

Our client requires following feature in IPMA,

- If someone leaves voicemail to manager phone, assistant phone should receive some sort of notification. But MWI should only turn on if assistant receives voicemail.

Kindly let us know whether this is possible or not.

If using Cisco Unity, you can configure message notification for Managers mailbox.

This message notification can ring IPMA Assistants Phone
