I think you have to download an applet to end users PC. The Click-to-Talk (CTT) user interface provides for branded company identification. In addition, a keypad interface is provided to allow interaction with ACDs and other interactive voice response systems.

There is a sample .aef and html script for click to call in the CCX 5.0 Script Repository:

http://tools.cisco.com/search/display?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.cisco.com%2Fen%2FUS%2Fprod%2Fcollateral%2Fvoicesw%2Fcustcosw%2Fps5693%2Fps1846%2Fproduct_implementation_design_guide0900aecd80662ce9.zip&pos=1&strqueryid=1&websessionid=fxeDf7qSBf53U1GdnYe_71F

The scripts are:

webcallback.aef

webcallbackQueuing.aef
